We’re Belen and Kaylee — two sisters born in Ecuador, raised in Miami, and proudly carrying the rhythm of Latin heart, feminine strength, and soulful resilience in everything we do.
Blooming Kafe was born from our shared love for coffee, flowers, and connection — but more than anything, it’s our love letter to women like us, a strong desire to uplift and inspire others.
After years of studying the art of specialty coffee — from traveling to El Salvador to source ethically grown beans, to learning how to pair each brew with the perfect pastry — we knew we wanted to serve more than just caffeine. We wanted to serve heart, intention, and a reminder that beauty is found in the everyday. That’s also why we offer fresh flowers with our coffee. Because every bloom is a gift to yourself — a little celebration of who you are, a reminder to slow down, and a way to honor the woman you’re becoming.
